Cade’s goal in therapy is to provide support and practical feedback to help individuals, families, and couples effectively address personal and relationship challenges. He integrates transformational techniques built to improve your relationship and take it to places you doubted were possible. With compassion and understanding, he focuses on each client’s unique needs to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. As a family therapist, Cade focuses on the whole family and works with the whole system to bring it back to harmony. Cade is certified in ADHD, and comprehensively trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman Couples Therapy, and Internal Family System. He is extensively trained in conflict resolution, families in conflict, as well as individuals with anxiety, trauma, and anxiety disorders.

Rachel DiVeta
Registered Mental Health Therapist intern
Rachel focuses on the belief that each person is capable of living their life authentically and finding their way to belonging and purpose. Her framework is founded on placing importance on the trusting relationship she has with her clients. Rachel aims to support each of her clients through empathy, trust, and empowerment while creating a safe space to build upon client’s strengths; so that each person's journey can allow them to continue personal growth, and find a sense of peace. Rachel is EMDR Trained and has completed Gottman Training Level 1, and has experience with grief, women’s issues, and trauma-informed care. She focuses on self-compassion, body acceptance, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict.

Melanie Murno
Registered Mental Health Therapist Intern
Melanie is passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel truly seen and understood, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. As a perinatal trained provider through Postpartum Support International and a dedicated maternal mental health advocate, she supports individuals and families through family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Melanie also works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. With a person-centered approach, Melanie integrates EMDR with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. She is committed to empowering clients as they work through challenges related to motherhood, self-esteem, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adolescent development, helping them build on their strengths and embrace healing and growth.

Caitlin Everly

Caitlin takes a holistic approach to working with individuals and families, understanding that each person’s journey is unique and influenced by different aspects of their life. Her goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves openly and explore their emotional pathway without judgement. She believes that healing happens when we feel understood, and she is committed to creating that sense of trust and belonging throughout the therapeutic process. Caitlin is certified in MATCH-ADTC (Child/Adolescent Emotional Treatment Program) and has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, adolescents and families. Throughout the therapeutic process she focuses on the delicate balance between emotional processing and healing forward.

Jaime Counce
Office Administrator
Jaime Counce is the office administrator at Climb Wellness and Counseling. In general, Jaime is the first person you speak with, and she is the person you will reach out to for your insurance, billing and other administrative needs. Jaime has a degree in Elementary Education from UCF (Go Knights!), and was previously a fifth-grade teacher for Orange County Public Schools. Her background as an educator lends experience with organization and communication. In her ‘free’ time she is actively involved in her children’s extracurricular activities, and could be ready to travel the world in a moment’s notice.

Patrick Monette

Patrick graduated with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York. He is a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist, Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Life Coach, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Certified EFT Therapist (Emotion Focused Therapy), and has extensive training in addictions, trauma, perinatal mood disorders, LGBTQIA, and disassociation Patrick’s therapeutic trauma-informed approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each unique client. With compassion and understanding, Patrick works with each individual/couple to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. He offers services in English and Spanish. Patrick is an advocate for worldwide mental health, especially in regards to trauma and addictions. He believes greatly in the need to increase education in those areas to aid the normality of the issues and assist people with increasing their ability to self-regulate and cope with life struggles.
