Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Doctor of Psychology in Conflict Resolution, Organizational Leadership and Cultural Change, and comprehensively trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and Gottman Therapy level II. Currently working to become certified as a Gottman Therapist and a Guardian ad Litem Advocate, and Mediator.

Cade has been practicing marriage and family therapy since 2008 and has been a Professor of Psychology since 2012. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2002, a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009, and a Doctorate of Psychology in Conflict Resolution, Organizational Leadership and Cultural Change from Nova Southeastern University in 2013. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida (License #MT 4879).

Cade is certified in ADHD, and comprehensively trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and trained to Gottman Therapy level II. He is extensively trained in conflict resolution, families in conflict, as well as individuals with anxiety, trauma, high conflict situations, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, relationships, family conflict, adjustment disorders, mediation, and men issues. Cade is also an active educational advocate and working towards becoming a Collaborative Law mediator.

Cade has lived both in the USA and abroad on multiple continents, but loves calling Florida his home base. His passion for this work comes from his years of being involved in the community as a teacher, parent, and politician. He had a tumultuous divorce, and says his experience as a single father developed his strong desire to help prevent and reduce the treatment, pain, and suffering of others.

Cade’s goal in therapy is to provide support and practical feedback to help individuals, families, and couples effectively address personal and relationship challenges. He integrates transformational techniques built to improve your relationship and take it to places you doubted were possible. With compassion and understanding, he focuses on each client’s unique needs to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. As a family therapist, Cade has a focus on the whole family and works with the whole system to bring it back to harmony.
