Shaina Feingold


Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner. Facilitator of talks and trainings around innovative brain-body techniques for trauma healing. Extensive work and study with trauma, medical issues, neuroscience, the brain-body connection, and the perinatal timeframe. Currently completing EMDR training.

Shaina graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles with a focus in trauma and forensics. She has a diverse background in therapy, working in residential substance abuse treatment, community mental health, a federal level 4 school setting, and private practice working with women and adolescents.

Shaina takes a fun, innovative and client-centered approach to therapy. She incorporates the brain and the body to help clients experience deep and transformational healing. Her goal is to help clients open and expand the intricate highway system between the brain and the body, so they can feel like they are once again winning at the game of life.

Shaina strives to continue learning every day as a therapist and share her knowledge with her clients to assist them with overcoming life challenges and in finding the fun in life. As a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner, and a therapist completing her EMDR training she integrates various approaches to fit the needs of each individual client.

Shaina’s caring and fun spirit makes her a true asset as a therapist for a variety of people. However, her true passion is to work with mothers and birthing people. She knows first-hand the challenges that come with fertility difficulties, pregnancy trauma, as well as postpartum issues, and wants to help other families overcome those struggles like she did and work through the issues without getting stuck.
