Cade is dedicated to the application of therapeutic interventions to promote healing and positive change. He helps to manage life’s difficult challenges and brings about peace of mind through sound therapeutic practices. With a remarkable sense of compassion, insight and understanding, Cade has dedicated his life’s work to the service of couples, families, and individuals. His trauma informed care approach aids in providing individuals and familes with the proper coping skills and techniques to assist them with persevering through difficult situations.

Cade has focused his career to the helping professions and believes no matter what the situation is, therapy can almost always have a positive impact. As a dedicated, divorced father of two he knows the world can be tough and he wants to help other families work through the difficult systems Florida has created. Darcy loves working with others and has been working with individuals, couples, and families for over a decade. She has worked in medical, inpatient, and outpatient settings and has provided support to clients of all ages. With a focus on cognitive behavioral and strengths-based therapy, Darcy utilizes a collaborative approach in counseling. She believes that everyone deserves a safe space to process their feelings and learn through self-discovery how to feel in control of their life.

Patrick Monette, LMHC, CASAC adores assisting clients in meeting their goals, especially people in all forms of relationships. He has taught at local universities and maintains a private practice focusing on couples work and trauma-informed treatment as well as gender issues, anger management, and co-occurring disorders. Patrick is also actively engaged in his local community drug court systems as a mental health consultant and educator. He is fluent in English and Spanish and offers treatment in both languages. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with his dog, and exploring culinary adventures.

Rachel is passionate about meeting her clients where they are in life. She helps them achieve goals that are purposeful and fulfilling in their everyday life through processes of the client’s own self-determination. She engages in a client-centered approach to care when working with individuals, couples, and families. Rachel has vast knowledge and experience in private practice, school-based therapy, and inpatient level of care programs.

As a remarried mother of an elementary aged child and three young adult children, including twins, she understands the energy it takes to repair and rebuild again. Rachel believes that vulnerability and validation pave the way towards distinguishing individualized goal-sets that are imperative to one’s transformation.

Melanie is enthusiastic about assisting others and prioritizes creating a safe and nurturing space for exploration, healing, and growth. She worked in the school system for years and has taken that knowledge, along with her counseling background to actively help clients coping with life challenges. Melanie uses various therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the individual’s unique needs and objectives while assisting them with establishing realistic coping tools and strategies. Melanie’s experiences working in a school setting also inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in school counseling in addition to clinical mental health counseling.
